Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 small apples
- 200 g berries, frozen, mixed, thawed
- 1 lemon(s), organic
- 4 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 140 g whole wheat flour
- 20 g oat flakes, fine
- 100 g butter
- 2 pinches of sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
with coconut blossom sugar
Wash, peel, core, and roughly dice the apples. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the apple pieces with the berries, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. For the crumble, knead the whole-wheat flour with the oats, the butter, 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar, and sea salt until crumbly. Spread the crumble over the apple mixture. Bake the crumble in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. 420 kcal per serving
