Whole-wheat fusilli with milk – Bolognese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g whole-wheat pasta (fusilli)
  • salt water
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 450 g vegetables (farm vegetables, frozen)
  • 1 jar tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy milk (soy drink)
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with lots of vegetables

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, cook the vegetables in the water until tender. Cut the leek into thick slices, then halve them. Add to the vegetables. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the drained pasta, then pour over the tomato sauce and mix. Season to taste with the soy milk, mix again, and serve. You can also use regular milk if you prefer.
