Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. Flour
  • 8 pieces of fruit of your choice and season, sliced
  • n. B. water
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • n. B. sugar
  • e.g. butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Knead all ingredients. Add plain flour as needed to form a soft to semi-firm dough. Bring the water to a boil, then add cold water to slow the boil. Let the dumplings rest for 20-30 minutes until they float to the top. Coat in butter and sugar crumbs. For the crumbs, melt the butter in a pan, add the breadcrumbs and sugar, and mix.
