Whole-wheat pancakes with apple

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g wholemeal flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple
  • 150 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 50 ml milk, reduced fat
  • some sweetener
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the apple, peel if necessary, core it, and grate it. Combine flour, eggs, water, milk, and sweetener to form a batter. Stir in the apple and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Add a little oil to a nonstick pan and cook the pancakes. Tip: The pancakes taste great filled with quark and fruit.
