with mussels and shrimps

Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan. Add the shrimp and mussels and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Deglaze with white wine and add the lemon juice. Now increase the heat to high and continue simmering. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Once the broth has reduced slightly, add more water and stir in the cornstarch. Finally, add the sour cream and season to taste. You don’t necessarily have to eat spaghetti with this dish. A baguette also works and tastes delicious.
