Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp water, cold
  • 100 g honey (acacia honey)
  • 100 g whole wheat flour
  • ½ tsp, leveled vanilla powder
  • ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with the water until stiff. Whisk the egg yolks, honey, and vanilla until frothy and pour over the beaten egg whites. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and sift over the beaten egg whites. Carefully fold everything in. Bake in a greased springform pan at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
