Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g wholemeal flour
- 200 g wheat flour
- 75 g chia seeds
- 10 g powder (moringa powder)
- 10 g salt
- ½ cube of yeast or 1 packet of dry yeast
- 325 ml water, lukewarm
Instructions

Weigh all ingredients in a bowl. Add water and knead for at least 6 minutes until the dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl. The dough should still be slightly sticky. Place the dough in the Tupperware Ultra Pro, spread it out in the pan, and let it rest/prove for about 30 minutes with the lid closed. Alternatively, grease a bread or loaf pan, add the dough, spread it out, and cover and let it rest/prove for about 30 minutes. If necessary, score the bread crosswise. Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Place the Ultra or other pan on the second rack from the bottom of the oven. The bread needs about 45 minutes in the Ultra. With other pans, remove the bread from the pan after 45 minutes; if the sides are still too soft/light, bake the bread out of the pan for another 8-10 minutes. Variation: Add 1-2 tablespoons of oatmeal and/or linseed and/or sunflower seeds to the dough.
