Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 625 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 2 packets of dry yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 425 ml water
  • possibly grains of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty, makes about 16 pieces

Combine all ingredients into a dough, ideally using a mixer. Add or press in seeds, if desired. To make the rolls crispy, brush the tops with water. Bake at 225°C for 20 minutes.
