  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 40 g flaxseed
  • 40 g pumpkin seeds
  • 40 g sesame seeds
  • 5 g bread spice mix
  • 12 walnut halves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ liter of lukewarm water
  • Fat for the mold

Place all ingredients, except the pumpkin seeds, in a bowl and mix for at least 5 minutes using the dough hook of a hand mixer. Then cover and let the dough rest in a dry place for at least 40 minutes. Grease a baking pan well with clarified butter or butter and then pour the dough into the bread pan. Sprinkle 4-5 walnuts and pumpkin seeds, crushed by hand, onto the dough (to taste). The oven should not be preheated. Bake at 150°C (fan oven, top/bottom heat: 200°C) for at least 1 hour 15-1 hour 30 minutes.
