Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 150 g spelt flour type 630
- 30 g flaxseed
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 520 ml water, lukewarm
- e.g. oat flakes
- e.g. chia seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
makes about 20 slices
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead with a food processor for 3 minutes. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and sprinkle with oats and chia seeds. I use a silicone pan, which doesn’t need to be greased. Place the bread in a cold oven. Set the oven temperature to 220°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for 70 minutes. After about 10 minutes, cut the bread lengthwise.
