Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg wholemeal spelt flour
- 2 cubes of fresh yeast
- 4 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 350 g sunflower seeds
- 900 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 handful of oat flakes, wholegrain
- some butter or margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
As soon as the bread is out of the oven, it’s gone
Combine all ingredients (except the oats) in a large bowl and mix well with a mixer (dough hook). Grease a 35 cm loaf pan, pour the batter into it, and sprinkle with the oats. Place the batter in a cold oven and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes, shelf level 2.
