Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g chocolate, grated
- 125 g almonds (slivers or chopped)

Makes about 30 pieces. Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar. Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and roast at 250°C until golden brown. Finely grate the chocolate and mix with the warm almonds. Then fold in the almond-chocolate mixture. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 150°C for about 15 minutes.
