Wiener Schnitzel from Pork with Onions and Fried Egg

- 300 g Wiener schnitzel from pork (pre-fried and frozen / here from ALDI
- 6 tbsp Peanut oil
- 6 Onions approx. 300 g
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tomato about 100 g
- Coarse sea salt from the mill
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- 2 Discs Farmer’S bread
- Fry the Wiener Schnitzel frozen in a pan with peanut oil (6 tbsp) on both sides according to the instructions on the package. Peel the onions, cut in half crosswise and fry / braise on both sides in a pan with butter (1 tbsp) and peanut oil (1 tbsp). Sprinkle with sugar (1 teaspoon). Fry the eggs in the schnitzel pan and season well with coarse sea salt from the mill and colored pepper from the mill. Wash the tomato, cut it in half and season with coarse sea salt from the mill and colored pepper from the mill. Arrange everything (bread, schnitzel, onions, tomato halves and fried egg) decoratively on 2 plates and serve.
