Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced meat
- 200 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
- 150 g tomato paste
- 1 liter vegetable broth or beef broth
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
when things have to go quickly
Brown the minced meat in oil and season with salt and paprika. Add the raw spaghetti. Then add the leek. Then add the tomato paste, and finally, pour over the broth. Let the whole thing simmer gently for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
