Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 chicken
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ bunch parsley
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Season the chicken generously inside and out with salt, stuff with the onion and parsley, and place it on a large coffee mug. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and roast for one hour at 180°C in a preheated oven. Remove the foil, return the roast chicken to the oven for about 20 minutes, and brown until crispy.
