Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 ml cream
- 1 tbsp, heaped cream cheese
- 1 handful of Parmesan, grated
- some Maggi
- some soy sauce
- some Worcestershire sauce
- dashes lemon juice
- tsp truffle oil
- ½ tsp salt (truffle salt)
- lots of pepper, black
- some pepper, white

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
vegetarian
Bring the cream to a boil in a small pan. Add the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Add Maggi, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Then season with truffle oil, truffle salt, and pepper. Delicious with truffle tortellini.
