- 30 g butter
- 40 g wild garlic
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp walnut oil
- salt and pepper
- 150 g cream cheese, natural

Remove the butter from the refrigerator in time to allow it to reach room temperature. Wash the wild garlic and its stems, shake dry, and roughly chop. Blend it in a blender with the walnuts, mustard, oil, salt, and pepper until a paste forms. Mix the mixture thoroughly with the cream cheese and butter.
