Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g butter
  • 500 g margarine (from Bertolli)
  • 500 g wild garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and spin the wild garlic, then chop it in a food processor. Add the butter and margarine and mix until everything is a uniform green color. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, divide the mixture into portions and freeze. It tastes great with grilled food or simply with boiled potatoes. 100g of butter has 755 kcal or 3155 kJ, and 100g of Bertolli margarine has 390 kcal or 1605 kJ.
