Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef or mixed
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 tbsp wild garlic paste or 1 handful of fresh wild garlic
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Paprika powder, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • Flour, for caring or rolling
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Using the listed ingredients—except the flour for rolling—prepare a firm meat dough and season to taste. With wet hands, form rolls as desired, lightly coat them in flour, and let them rest for 30 minutes. Then fry them on all sides in hot oil.
