  • some milk or cream
  • Wild garlic, some leaves
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Whisk the quark with milk or cream until smooth, season with herb salt and pepper. Stir in the wild garlic and finely chopped egg.
