Soak the toast in a little water and squeeze out any excess water. Knead the minced meat with the onion, egg, toast, 2/3 of the wild garlic, stock, and seasonings. Then form about 8-10 meatballs. Fry them in a little oil on both sides until cooked through (about 10 minutes). Place the meatballs in a casserole dish or on a baking sheet. Place a thick slice of tomato on each meatball, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little wild garlic, and place a slice of cheese on top. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the middle rack until the cheese has melted. Serve with a fresh salad and baguette.
