Wild Garlic Pesto with Walnuts
The perfect wild garlic pesto with walnuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Fresh wild garlic leaves
- 50 g Own harvest of walnuts
- 1,5 dl Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- Salt pepper
- Wash, dry and chop wild garlic. Put the walnuts, garlic, salt, pepper and half of the OIL in a blender jar. Mix very finely, it has to be creamy. Makes about 2.5 dl glass.
Some explanation:
- There is so much of a good thing in the forests around the village, why not benefit? It should be so healthy! I don’t put cheese in the pesto, but with the pesto in the dish direct (it keeps better) You can also freeze the pesto (even without cheese, with a little more oil)
