Wild Garlic Quark

The perfect wild garlic quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bunch Wild garlic fresh
  • 0,5 bunch Parsely
  • 250 g Quark
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • White milled pepper
  • Sea salt from the mill
  1. Wash, clean and finely chop wild garlic. Do the same with the parsley.
  1. Mix the quark with the sour cream. Add a tablespoon of sunflower oil and a teaspoon of mustard and stir until smooth. Stir in the herbs.
  1. Season to taste with pepper and salt and leave to stand in the cold for at least 3 hours.
