Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch Wild garlic fresh
  • 0,5 bunch Parsely
  • 250 g Quark
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Ground white pepper
  • Sea salt from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Wash, clean and finely chop wild garlic. Do the same with the parsley.
  • Mix the quark with the sour cream. Add a tablespoon of sunflower oil and a teaspoon of mustard and stir until smooth. Stir in the herbs.
  • Season to taste with pepper and salt and leave to stand in the cold for at least 3 hours.
