Ingredients
- 1 bunch Wild garlic fresh
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
- 250 g Quark
- 150 g Sour cream
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Ground white pepper
- Sea salt from the mill
Instructions
- Wash, clean and finely chop wild garlic. Do the same with the parsley.
- Mix the quark with the sour cream. Add a tablespoon of sunflower oil and a teaspoon of mustard and stir until smooth. Stir in the herbs.
- Season to taste with pepper and salt and leave to stand in the cold for at least 3 hours.
