Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 schnitzels
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 bunch of wild garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- some margarine for frying

Wash the schnitzels and pat dry, then flatten them slightly and make them longer to make them easier to roll. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the wild garlic. Spread the schnitzels with cream cheese and then sprinkle the chopped wild garlic on top. Roll up the schnitzels and secure them with a toothpick. Fry the schnitzels in a little margarine until cooked through.
