  • 1 pear(s)
  • 170 ml milk
  • 100 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Cut the apple and pear into very small cubes. Then add them to the blender along with the other ingredients. You can serve the smoothie immediately or refrigerate it for a short time for a more refreshing taste.
