Wild garlic tzatziki

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of quark
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt, to taste
  • 1 dashes vinegar (lemon vinegar)
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • a few stalks of chives
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Ideal for grilling

Wash the wild garlic and let it dry on kitchen paper. Combine the quark with the sour cream and add lemon vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chop the wild garlic (but not too finely) and add it to the quark mixture. Halve the cucumber and cut it in half. Remove the seeds, otherwise the tzatziki will be too runny. Cut the cucumber into small pieces and add it to the quark mixture. Add the finely chopped chives. Crush the garlic and stir in. Mix everything together and fill jars.
