Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg mushrooms (wild mushrooms), freshly picked
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives, cut into rolls
  • possibly milk as needed
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and finely chop the mushrooms. Then sauté them in melted butter. Stir in sour cream (and milk if desired). Season to taste and let it simmer slightly. Serve sprinkled with chives. Tastes delicious over pasta, potatoes, dumplings, and also delicious with just white bread.
