Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 wraps
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 small can of corn, approx. 300 g
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 bottle of salsa, approx. 500 ml
  • 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 bag of grated Gouda cheese, approx. 150 – 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fry the ground beef in a pan until crumbly. Dice the bell peppers and drain the corn. Once the ground beef is cooked, add both to the pan. Fry briefly (!), then add the salsa and heat through. Heat the wraps in the oven if you chose the ready-made version. Spread a thin layer of sour cream on each wrap on a plate, add some of the ground beef mixture, sprinkle with cheese, roll or fold as desired—and bite into it.
