Ingredients for 18 servings:

  • 18 pretzels, frozen
  • 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche with herbs, approx. 200 g
  • 400 g cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 450 g ham
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder

Briefly beat the eggs, then add the sour cream, sour cream, and crème fraîche. Cut the ham and leek into thin strips and add them to the mixture. Stir in the cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place the frozen pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and fill the openings with the filling. Bake at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes, until the pretzels are golden brown. Looking for a quick yet tasty dinner? Then filled pretzels are just the thing! Depending on how hungry you are, you should plan on making two per person.
