Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 55 g butter
  • 30 g sugar
  • 95 g flour
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp jam
  • 50 g gingerbread
  • 350 g apples
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 15 g pudding powder, vanilla
  • 50 g candied fruit (chopped very small)
  • 125 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 50 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Knead the butter, sugar, flour, and cream into a shortcrust pastry, press it into a greased 18cm springform pan, and chill. Meanwhile, crumble the gingerbread with your hands, peel the apples, and cut them into small slices. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the jam on the cake base, sprinkle the gingerbread crumbs over it, and arrange the apple slices on top. Beat the egg and sugar until creamy, then stir in the custard powder, curd cheese, fruit, and cream and spread it over the apples. Bake for about 40 minutes, then let it cool in the pan.
