Camembert toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • some butter
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Camembert(s), min. 60%
  • some chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toast the bread on one side and spread butter on the other. Arrange the tomatoes and onions on top. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the Camembert and place on top. Then place in a preheated oven (200°C) for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chives.
