Winter Barbecue Skewers
The perfect winter barbecue skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For 4 skewers:
- 80 g White cabbage, cut into pieces
- 80 g Swede in cubes
- 80 g Fresh celery, sliced
- 1 piece Roughly chopped onions
- 4 piece Cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Cabbage sausage, in pieces
- 100 g Pork goulash, cut into small pieces
Prepare a saucepan with hot water and oil:
- 1 l Boiling water
- 1 el Oil
- 1 el Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tl Caraway seeds
Grill skewers in winter:
- Cut all ingredients into suitable pieces and use them on the skewers. Please prepare a pot of hot water with oil, vinegar and caraway seeds so that the skewers are briefly pre-blanched
On the grill or electric grill:
- Preheat the grill so that the right heat is reached immediately when the skewers are placed on it.
