Winter Barbecue Skewers

The perfect winter barbecue skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For 4 skewers:

  • 80 g White cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 80 g Swede in cubes
  • 80 g Fresh celery, sliced
  • 1 piece Roughly chopped onions
  • 4 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Cabbage sausage, in pieces
  • 100 g Pork goulash, cut into small pieces

Prepare a saucepan with hot water and oil:

  • 1 l Boiling water
  • 1 el Oil
  • 1 el Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tl Caraway seeds

Grill skewers in winter:

  1. Cut all ingredients into suitable pieces and use them on the skewers. Please prepare a pot of hot water with oil, vinegar and caraway seeds so that the skewers are briefly pre-blanched

On the grill or electric grill:

  1. Preheat the grill so that the right heat is reached immediately when the skewers are placed on it.
