Barbecue Party: Shepherd’s Skewers & Various Salads!

The perfect barbecue party: shepherd’s skewers & various salads! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

water:

  • 4 Pc. Wooden skewers 40 cm
  • 4 Pc. Metal skewers
  • 500 g Diced beef
  • 500 g Diced pork
  • 3 Pc. Diced paprika
  • 2 disc Sheep cheese

Marinade:

  • 3 Pc. Quartered onions
  • 2 tablespoon Salsa sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Acacia honey
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 2 turns Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 turns Chilli from the mill
  • 2 Pc. Rosemary sprigs
  • 2 shot Rapeseed oil

everything in the spice mill:

  • Fennel seeds
  • Star anise
  • Cinnamon blossom spice
  • Szechuan pepper
  • Clove
  • Aniseed

Salad 1: recipe below!

  • 1 key Greek Salad

Side dishes :

  • 1 Pc. Baguette

or .

  • 1,5 Cup Rice
  • 1,5 liter Salted water
  • Liquid butter

Salad 2: Slice the vegetables:

  • 0,25 Pc. Carrot
  • 0,125 Pc. Cucumber with peel
  • 1 Pc. Radish
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Oil
  • Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Spring onions fresh, cut

Buy wooden skewers!

  1. You can best find it in the hardware store, look around for sticks for flowers. Or just use others.

The day before, marinate meat:

  1. Make a marinade from all the ingredients. I used 2-3 turns of the spice mixture. Now you have to put on disposable gloves.
  2. Put the meat, sheep’s cheese, onion, paprika (colored) on the skewers. Then put the skewers on a plate (aluminum) in the refrigerator until the next day.

Now grill:

  1. Place on the grill and cook for about 20-30 minutes.

With shepherd’s salad:

  1. Cut the cucumber into cubes of black olives, mozzarella, and sheep’s cheese is also possible. Tomatoes cut into 1/4 spring onion 1 tablespoon. Dill olive oil, vinegar, onion, a little mustard, salt, sugar, pepper

Rice:
