Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g spelt flour type 630
- 1 tbsp, leveled salt
- 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 2 handfuls of nuts and dried fruits, chopped
- 40 g butter
- 350 ml milk
- 1 tbsp, levelled spice(s), winter-scented (e.g. gingerbread spice or cinnamon)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Heat the milk and butter, mix in, and knead everything into a dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 45 minutes. Place it in a silicone loaf pan in a cold oven and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 45 minutes.
