Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • some butter
  • 200 g nuts, e.g. walnuts, almonds..
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 150 g yogurt, e.g. Greek
  • 200 g quark
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • e.g. grapes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan or pan. Add the nuts and 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir for about 3 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Be careful not to overcook it, or the sugar will burn! Set the nuts aside. Mix the yogurt with the quark and stir in the cinnamon and sugar. If the mixture is too thick, simply add a little milk. Now layer 1 tablespoon of the yogurt-quark mixture, 1 tablespoon of nuts, and a few grapes alternately in 4 glasses. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon, if desired.
