Winter Oven Vegetables

The perfect winter oven vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Peppers yellow
  • 2 Celery sticks
  • 1 Beetroot fresh
  • 100 g Celeriac fresh
  • 1 Parsnip fresh
  • 1 Onion red
  • 300 g Potatoes triplets
  • 2 Garlic fresh
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Thyme dry
  • Rosemary fresh
  • 2 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 2 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 250 g Crumbled feta
  1. Peel the carrot, clean and wash the paprika, wash the celery and remove the threads, peel the celeriac, parsnip, beetroot (with gloves) onion and garlic, wash the zucchini and roughly cut all the prepared vegetables.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees!

  1. Put vegetables in a bowl, add herbs, spices and oil and mix well! Place the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. Then sprinkle the feta over the top and bake for another 10 minutes.
  2. Serve! Tastes as good or with meat, grilled etc.
