- 250 g Margarine
- 200 g Extra fine sugar
- 4 piece Free range eggs
- 1 Cup Low-Fat milk
- 500 g Sifted flour
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon Rum
- 2 tablespoon Extra fine sugar
- Beat the eggs, margarine, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the flour with the baking powder. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a springform pan. Mix the rest of the dough with the remaining ingredients, sugar, cocoa and rum. Spread the dark dough over the light dough, then fold in with a fork. Bake the cake at 180 ° top and bottom heat on the lower rack for 50 to 60 minutes. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar.
