delicious, light and low in calories

Wash the vegetables and then cut each one into slices or strips. Dice the turkey. Meanwhile, heat a pan with a little oil and add the meat first, followed by the broccoli, zucchini, and bell peppers, and continue to fry. Season with the spices and add soy sauce and honey to taste. Peel the ginger and cut it into very small cubes. Add it to the wok. Continue frying, depending on whether you like the vegetables crisp and fresh or prefer to simmer a little longer. Then add the mushrooms and bamboo shoots and fry briefly. Depending on how spicy you want the dish to be, you can add a little more chili. Tastes especially good with Chinese noodles or basmati rice!
