Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 500 g mascarpone
- 35 g pudding powder, vanilla
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 6 egg whites
- Butter, for greasing
- Breadcrumbs, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Fold in the egg yolks. Stir in the low-fat quark, mascarpone, and custard powder before adding the cornstarch and beaten egg whites. Pour into a buttered and breadcrumb-coated springform pan and bake at 160°C (325°F) for 1.5 hours. Adjust the temperature according to your oven.
