WOK – pan with broccoli

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s) or turkey breast
  • 500 g broccoli
  • Oil for the wok
  • 1 cup(s) soy sauce
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Pre-cook the broccoli (it’s not necessary, but we prefer it). Brown and season the meat, then add the broccoli. Drizzle with soy sauce. And there you have it, a delicious meal. Serve with rice.
