Wok with chili and banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pork, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, freshly chopped
  • 2 bananas, unripe, sliced
  • 50 ml cashew nuts
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the meat with ginger in a large pan or wok until tender. Then gently mix the banana slices and nuts with the meat. Pour the chili sauce over the meat, heat until hot, and serve with rice or noodles.
