Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 75 g butter, cold
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp water, cold
- 50 g butter
- 50 g almond(s), ground
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 pt butter vanilla flavoring
- 25 g flour
- n. B. Almond(s), whole, benched and skinned
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Quickly knead the dough ingredients into a dough, wrap it in cling film and chill for half an hour. For the first cream, mix the ingredients together until smooth. For the second cream, heat the milk. In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients into a cream, then stir this into the boiling milk and simmer until a pudding-like consistency is reached. Mix both creams together. Roll out the dough and place it in a springform pan or tart pan, creating a 1-2 cm high edge. Prick several times with a fork and pre-bake for about 10 minutes at 190°C. Allow to cool briefly, pour in the cream, spread it on the base and bake the cake for another 10 to 15 minutes at the same temperature. You can also place blanched almonds on the cream for decoration.
