Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 50 g bacon or ham, diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fried and topped with beaten eggs

Divide the cauliflower into small florets. Fry the florets in oil in a large pan or wok for about 10 minutes. Then cover and fry for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the meantime, beat the eggs with parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the bacon to the cauliflower and fry for two to three minutes. Reduce the heat slightly, pour the beaten eggs over the cauliflower, and stir gently. Now all you have to do is let the egg set, and the dish is ready! We serve it with boiled potatoes or herb quark with baguette.
