Wonderful Garlic Butter

The perfect wonderful garlic butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 Size Butter, room temperature
  • 2 handful Berlin wonder leek cut into strips
  • Coriander salt from the mill
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Garlic from the mill
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Let it steep and chill. Wonder leek comes from the Caucasus and is almost unknown outside of Berlin. Tastes milder than wild garlic, but super good! I always keep a small supply. In a week the time will be over. LG, Gudrun 🙂
