Hamburger with eggs, cheese, pineapple, beetroot and bacon

Prepare the ground beef for the burgers. Season with salt and pepper and shape into burger patties. Sear on both sides. Just before cooking, place the cheese on top of the ground beef and let it melt. Fry the bacon until crispy and saute half of the onion slices until slightly translucent. Fry the eggs on one side, making sure the yolk is still runny. In the meantime, halve the burger buns and preheat in the oven at approximately 180°C for about 5 minutes. When everything is ready, top the burgers in the following order: Spread ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard on the bottom of the bun. Pile the lettuce, tomatoes, raw onion rings, ground beef with cheese, bacon slices, fried egg, sautéed onions, pineapple, and beetroot on top, then secure with the bun. Secure everything with a wooden stick and serve.
