Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 tbsp corn
  • 2 tbsp pineapple, pieces from the can
  • 2 tbsp double cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 80% fat
  • Pineapple juice from the can
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the meat, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and fry in oil. When it’s cooked and tender, pat dry again and dice. Place in a bowl and add the corn and pineapple. Mix the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and a little pineapple juice until creamy. Add to the bowl and mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and pineapple juice before serving.
