Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of jelly (woodruff flavor)
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 100 g biscuits (reserves)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions, but use only half the specified water. Divide the jelly 1/3 and 2/3 into two containers and let cool. Mix the quark with sugar and lemon juice, whip the cream until stiff peaks, and stir into the quark. Stir 2/3 of the cooled, but not yet solid, jelly into the quark and cream mixture. Crumble the biscuits and fill the bottoms of dessert glasses with them. Pour the quark mixture over the jelly and chill for at least 1 hour. Warm the remaining third of the now cooled jelly, but do not heat it, and pour it onto the cream and quark mixture. Chill for another 1 hour.
