Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for apple and plum cakes

Simply knead all the ingredients into a shortcrust pastry, roll it out on a baking sheet, and top with plums or apples, if desired. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes.
