- 1 tomato(s)
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
- some salt and pepper
- chives
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 63 g mozzarella
- some balsamic cream

Bake the tortilla in the oven according to the package instructions. In the meantime, slice the mozzarella and tomato. Tear the lettuce into small pieces, place it in a bowl, and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Place the baked tortilla on a large wooden board or plate. Spread the tortilla with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chives. Arrange the lettuce, mozzarella, and tomatoes in the center from one end to the other, layering the lettuce first, then the mozzarella, and then the tomatoes. Finally, garnish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Roll up the tortilla and cut it in half before serving.
