Wraps with Black Forest ham

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g Black Forest ham
  • 3 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 6 lettuce leaves, variety as desired
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 tortillas
  • olive oil
  • n. B. cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • possibly honey, liquid
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, cut the Black Forest ham into thin strips. Then fry them briefly in hot olive oil. When they’re crispy enough, remove them from the pan, pat them dry briefly on a kitchen towel, and set them aside. Heat the tortillas according to the package instructions, then spread them with the mustard. If you don’t like plain mustard, you can make a sauce from the mustard and honey and season it to taste. Then chop the tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce leaves, and possibly the cheese. Once the tortillas have been spread, it’s time to add the toppings. Place the lettuce on the tortillas, then the tomatoes and cucumbers. Finally, add the Black Forest ham and cheese. Once everything is in place, fold the wrap as directed on the package. For better hold, simply wrap aluminum foil around it.
